Can I change or cancel my plan?

Paid plans are billed securely through Stripe. Sign in to upgrade, switch, or cancel anytime.

Is Cloud a separate subscription?

Hosted projects are billed on the same plan, not as a second subscription. A project over its storage limit goes read only rather than being stopped or deleted.

Your plan includes the projects listed above. There is no additional per-project charge or metered billing for egress, app users, or requests.

Plus, Pro and Business can bring their own provider key. Your key never touches our servers.

Can I buy SnoutData for my team?

Yes, and from Plus upwards. Plus and Pro can be bought by the seat, from 2 seats up, and every seat gets that plan in full. Business is the one built for a company: $20 per seat, per month, from 5 seats upwards, so $100 a month, with single sign-on included.

Is single sign-on an extra?

No. Single sign-on comes with Business, at $20 a seat. It is not an add-on, there is nothing to unlock, and there is no quote to ask for. Connect your identity provider over SAML and your team signs in the way it already signs in to everything else.
